Brian is passionate about relationships. As a specialist in marriage and relationship counseling he sees attachment as a primary drive and emotions as helpful for understanding ourselves and others.
Brian helps couples grow a consistently great marriage by attending to emotions to restore connection and foster confidence.
He also enjoys helping men restore broken relationships and recover from depression and anxiety. He knows men tend to think logically and sometimes struggle to understand their varied emotions. Through his emphasis on core factors Brian helps men figure out how they got off track and discover the course corrections to make for lasting success.
Brian earned a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling in 2008, is a board certified counseling supervisor and is experienced in helping people through serious mental health issues.
Brian provides in person sessions in his Meridian office. For those who prefer, or live in Idaho outside the Treasure Valley, Brian provides online counseling through a secure Telehealth platform.
